If I could give zero stars I would. Do not EVER use Benefithub to purchase event tickets. Their prices are nearly the same as other tickets brokers but the service is trash. I bought tickets for the nascar championship in November and the Phoenix Suns game on Tuesday and they're telling me I will not receive my tickets sent to me until the day before the game and the nascar championship which is in November in phoenix and I will not receive those tickets until the day of the race in Novembe,r even though I've already paid over $500 for these tickets. Please feel free to share this. So.e girl named Alexa and the manager Ben told me they would call me and let me know what the vendor said about getting me my tickets and I was never called back. When I would call to check on the status I would be put on hold and transferred to a voice-mail everytime. HANDS DOWN WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT USE BENEFITHUB!!! You can get the same deals in 50 other places.

This company offers benefits to employees. I am one of those employees. I bought a voucher for Currys. The voucher did not work. They said chase it up with Currys. As you can tell I won't be using this company again.
