"Order never showed up"
I ordered through BenefitHub and the vendor just never sent anything. I kept checking my email like a weirdo every morning with my coffee, thinking maybe there’d be an update, but nothing. Then I spent weeks going back and forth with support and kept getting handed off to someone else. Nobody really gave me a straight answer, and I still didn’t get a clear update about the refund. Super frustrating and just a waste of time.

"Pretty good, but could be smoother"
I’ve used the site a few times to find deals, and overall it gets the job done. The deals are there, which is the main thing, but the app can feel a little slow here and there. Some pages aren’t super clear either, so I end up clicking around more than I’d like. Not a dealbreaker, just feels like it could be a bit more polished.

"I tried using my deal at checkout..."
I tried using my deal at checkout, but it kept bouncing between error messages and saying the code was invalid. One minute it seemed like it might go through, the next it completely failed. I contacted support, but they didn’t really clear anything up, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

"Deals seem hit or miss"
I really wanted to like benefithub, but after using it for a bit, I’m starting to assume the deals just aren’t very consistent. Some sections have a decent amount going on, while others feel almost empty or not useful at all. It also seems like most of the offers I come across don’t really match what I normally buy, so I’ve kind of stopped checking it regularly. I think I’d use it more if the deals felt more targeted to actual shopping habits.

"Cashback was a hassle"
I didn’t have a great experience with this. The cashback tracked late, and then the payout took ages to come through. On top of that, the terms seemed to change along the way, which made it even more frustrating. For the amount I got back, it really didn’t feel worth the hassle

"Didn’t expect much, but okay, I’m impressed"
I’ve used BenefitHub a few times now i wasn’t expecting anything special at first. But then the discounts actually worked, and I ended up saving more than I thought I would. So yeah, I went from being kind of skeptical to happy with it real quick.

"Quick support"
Had a small issue with my BenefitHub account. Support replied faster than I thought they would and got it sorted without making it a whole thing. Happy with it...
